  • -Managing front desk team

  • - Internal communication with tenants
  • - Receive visitors, mails & packages
  • - Communicate & report with other departments “Finance, HR, Sales & marketing “
  • -Attend & contribute to all team meetings
  • - Receive sales inquiries and conduct location tours
  • - Receive, follow up and report on financial transactions
  • - Communication with suppliers & vendors
  • - Manage purchases
  • - Managing and maintaining check-ins for daily walk-ins.
  • - Accepting and routing phone calls, packages, and mail.
  • -Introducing the space to all new clients, such as giving tours of the space, explaining our membership plans, our prices, etc.
  • -Reporting to managing director
  • -Contribute to creating internal activities
  • -Generate innovative ideas to continuously improve the facility & the service
Requirements

Background Education: Business, Marketing, linguistics.

Age Range: 25-30 years
