Description
- Responsible for talent acquisition in the Egypt for all corporate functional positions;
- Ability run end to end recruiting process from sourcing to closing;
- Familiar with local recruiting channels all over MENA region;
- Assist in taking care of Egypt company operation and local team management;
- Responsible for vendor management such as, recruitment, financial and legal, etc.
Requirements
- University degree (preferably in HR) or related field;
- 2-5 years of both in house and agency HR experience with strong recruiting and staffing skills, preferably experiences in the Internet or shared service industry;
- Fluent English skills (both written and verbal), can speak Chinese is a plus;
- Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical and/or business skills as well as the cultural fit within the YY environment;
- Basic knowledge about local labor law and financial;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication management skills with service oriented attitude;
- Experience in team, office operation and vendor management is preferable;
- Passion to continuously develop yourself and your processes;
- Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
