HR Specialist
  • Responsible for talent acquisition in the Egypt for all corporate functional positions;
  • Ability run end to end recruiting process from sourcing to closing;
  • Familiar with local recruiting channels all over MENA region;
  • Assist in taking care of Egypt company operation and local team management;
  • Responsible for vendor management such as, recruitment, financial and legal, etc.
  • University degree (preferably in HR) or related field;
  • 2-5 years of both in house and agency HR experience with strong recruiting and staffing skills, preferably experiences in the Internet or shared service industry;
  • Fluent English skills (both written and verbal), can speak Chinese is a plus;
  • Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical and/or business skills as well as the cultural fit within the YY environment;
  • Basic knowledge about local labor law and financial;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication management skills with service oriented attitude;
  • Experience in team, office operation and vendor management is preferable;
  • Passion to continuously develop yourself and your processes;
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
