Business Sales & Development Specialist
Description

Purpose of role

  • Develop and Maintain Business relationships with all client’s types to generate profitable revenue streams for all brands collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.

Scope of role

  • Develop, acquire and Manage client database to establish business relationship that generates profitable revenues by performing Sales activities to grant deals for all  line of business / brands whether for existing clients or potential divers clients whether B2B and B2C clients.

Business Development Planning:

  • Deploy Strategy within existing or potential clients’ community to maintain healthy relationship and generate profitable revenue streams.
  • Design & Execute Business Development plans and offering with the management team.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to design offerings and identify the gap in offering based on the market feedback.
  • Promote the products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Support and collaborate with Engineers (Design and production) in back office to sell ideas and designs.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

Sales Activity

  • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Contacting potential clients via all communication tools and field visits to establish rapport and set up meetings to build business relationship that generates revenues.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Preparing presentations and sales displays.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

 

Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver Monthly Business Reviews including Pipeline & Sales Performance reports to Management team.
  • Achieving sales targets while keeping healthy relationship with clients.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
  • Liaise with the finance team, Engineers and Site Managers as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Sales and or Business Development experience of minimum 2 years
  • Excellent written and oral Communication, and presentation skills
  • Creative personality
  • Problem solving, Organizing, planning Skills
  • Knowledge of statistics is required with general numeracy.
  • Team work, Persuasiveness and Appearance Quality demonstration.
