  • Responsible for all legal and corporate compliance functions of the business.
    • Oversee labour and regulatory requirements in different countries operate.
    • Draft and review supplier, partner and client agreements.
    • Review, maintain legal contracts and update them on a regular basis.
    • Ensure compliance on territories where we operate.
    • International tax research & planning.
    • Lead SOC2 compliance and other legal actions/initiatives.
