assessing both the technical and\/or business skills as well as the cultural fit within the YY environment;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Basic knowledge about local labor law and financial;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and communication management skills with service oriented attitude;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Experience in team, office operation and vendor management is preferable;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Passion to continuously develop yourself and your processes;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing
