Q1. How do I apply?
A. Once you have filled the resume and pressed the button “SUBMIT” your CV will be sent to us in a special mail and will be added to our data bank.

Q2.
How will I know if you have received my CV?A. You will receive an electronically generated response informing you that we have received your resume, Then you will be contacted from one of Roots’ Specialists to make the necessary interviews.

Q3. Should I follow up with you regarding my application?
A. No. If you are short listed for a position, you will be contacted and given an appointment to meet one of Roots’ Customers. If you don't receive a response from us within two weeks of sending us your CV, this will indicate that you were not short listed for the job you applied for.

Q4. What happens to my application if I am not short-listed for the job I applied for?
A. If you are not short listed for the vacancy you applied for, your details will be retained on our data bank for future reference at our discretion. Your CV will be used in any future requests from our customers when they tally with your qualifications.

Q5. If I have previously applied for a position but not received any response from you, can I apply for other positions advertised on your website or in the media?
A. No, you do not have to do that as your CV already in our data Bank and normally we start searching for the required position using our data Bank and if it is not enough we post a Vacant in our site for only new applicants, But you can send to us an Interest Mail that you are interested in this position.

Q6. What Happens if any of my data that I wrote in my resume have changed and you must know these changes? A. You will be kindly asked to send us your updated resume through the mail address “ UpdatedCV@rootsegypt.com “ in our contact section.

Q7. If you put my CV forward to your client, am I guaranteed an interview?
A.
No. We put forward to our clients the CV's of candidates who most closely
match the Job Description given to us by them. Our Client makes the
final decision as to which candidates they wish to interview. This can
take up to four weeks, and in some cases longer. If you have not heard
from us within that time, you may assume that our Client has not short-listed
you for an interview. If you are short-listed by a client for an interview
we will contact you to make the arrangements.

Q8. If your Client interviews
me, how and when will I know the outcome?
A. It often takes time for our Client to give
us feedback. This is beyond our control. However, please be assured
that we will give you feedback as soon as we receive information from
our Client. Please do not follow up directly with our Client, as this
could jeopardize your application. All communication must be made through
Roots.

Q9. Does Roots
charge any fees for application, or if they place me in a job?
A. No. We do not charge any fees from
candidates. Our Clients pay for services rendered by us.

Q10 Does Roots actively look for employment
for me?
A. No. We are Human Resource Consultants.
We are appointed by our clients to identify and introduce candidates
who most closely match their requirements and therefore we are proactive
on their behalf.

Q11. Are all the jobs
advertised in your web pages still vacant?
A. Yes. We update the website
on a weekly basis.

Q2. When Do I Have the obligation Of Paying Your Fees ?
A. You don not have any financial obligation against roots except when you hire an applicant that you have chosen through us, that means you do not have to pay any thing even if you made interviews to some of our applicants but you did not choose any one of them.
Q3. From where you get your resumes?
A. We have a data bank that was made through our past several years of work for all kind of professions, also we get resumes from candidates who post directly through our Web site or come to our office directly.

Q4. How quickly will you send me the required CV after sending my company request form ?
A. According to the Availability of the applicants and the technicality of the position, we submit the required CV Between 24 to 48 hours from receiving your request.

Q5. How can I get the best CV for vacant position?
A. What to keep in mind when writing your request is the following points:
Descriptive job titles.
A list of job titles is the first thing helps the recruiter when searching Applicants’ data bank. Make sure your job title is descriptive and stands out to clarify the position for the recruiter in order to select the most suitable candidates for the required position. differentiate between jobs that have similar titles and requirements but involve different activities.
